Accommodation Kippilaw House is an eco friendly Victorian style brand new villa and was constructed in 2007 by local Picton craftsmen. It provides an exceptional accommodation and dining experience in Picton. We have two en-suite rooms and the Picton View Suite available for accommodation. The spacious en-Suite room has a King size bed, fine linen, all complemented with classic furniture. Indooroutdoor access and also in-room tea and coffee making facilitiesThe Picton View Suite is a luxurious retreat for a couple, family travelling together or two singles requiring a room each. There is a very large spacious bedroom with table and chairs, Super King size bed, fluffy duvets, fine linen and extra pillows. Two comfortable wing backed chairs, Sky T.V. and a well stocked bar fridge is available. Enjoy the delightful views of Picton Marina, downtown lights and surrounding bush. You also have use of the large guests-only lounge with a comfortable leather lounge suite and lovely old furniture. There is also fridgeice-machine, DVD's, CDs and SKY T.V for your exclusive use. Also available is a library and games. We have everything you need to rest up and relax after a busy day. A la Carte dinner can be arranged at $80.00 per person.
