Clearview Lodge, is a surprisingly peaceful place to stay just 10 minutes from Christchurch International Airport and 15 minutes from the centre of the city. We offer 5 star luxury bed & breakfast accommodation set in our peaceful garden overlooking the Pinot Noir vineyard, olive grove and apple orchard. We are happy to take you on a tour of the garden and vineyard or you can wander at your leisure. We can now offer guests our 2004 Pinot Noir, 2005 Rose' or 2006 Pinot Noir or a New Zealand white wine wine if you prefer. You may like to enjoy this under the sun umbrella, maybe with some of our Olive oil with fresh bread and Dukkah. Rates include Bed and Full Breakfast and Hospitality - Glass of our Pinot Noir or Rose' or NZ white wine or beer. Port available in guest lounge. Tea, coffee and home baking. Fruit platter, Mary Gray Chocolates, Flowers and luxury toiletries in the bathrooms. Wifi or a laptop is available with Printer in the guest lounge. The lounge is available for guests for late check-out or early check-in and there is also a bathroom available. Guests can have a Spa out under the stars or enjoy the heated swimming pool (Oct-April). Sue is happy to take you on a tour of the garden and vineyard.Christchurch is very lucky to be surrounded by some excellent Golf courses. There are 26 golf courses within 45 minutes of the Lodge. We are 5 minutes from Clearwater golf resort and driving range.( Home of the HSBC NZPGA Championship www.pgachampionship.co.nz) Robin is now a keen golfer( 11 handicap and Sue is on 25.4) so if time permits and you would like us to join you, please let us know.
