The old houses on Son Barbassa’s property hold plenty of history such as the remains of the Talayotic people dating back about 3000 years or the watchtower dating back to the 16th century. We are located a few km away from Capdepera, very close to Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla beaches and the tourist centre of Cala Ratjada.
The property covers an area of 100.000 m2 with lots of almond-, olive- and carob trees. The renovation and the change to a Petit Hotel left the rural house with a mixture of rural and modern charm. The house offers 12 high comfort rooms, each with its own personality. The ancient watchtower and the old kitchen have become small retreats equipped with comfortable couches where you can read, surf in the internet (own laptop) or relax.
